About the role
Shape intuitive digital products used by growing businesses across the Caribbean. You will lead discovery, interaction design and design-system evolution in close partnership with product and engineering.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery
- Turn customer insight into clear flows and polished interfaces
- Maintain and expand our multi-product design system
- Mentor designers and facilitate collaborative workshops
